Hey, I’m Emma,

My role as a coach is to support clients who are ready to stop spinning their wheels and start creating real, lasting change. I work with clients who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or held back by their own patterns, and are finally ready to do something about it.

My approach is straightforward and honest. It’s true I don’t sugarcoat, and I don’t entertain excuses. Instead, I help you unstick yourself, see what’s really going on, and take the steps you’ve always known you needed to take.

Clients have described my coaching style as kind but firm, the perfect mix of compassion and accountability. The person you want in your corner, a loud cheerleader and an honest mirror.

Working with me won’t always be easy. I’ll challenge your stories, disrupt old habits, and ask you to show up fully. But the process is always worth it.

With clarity, courage, and the right kind of support, my clients move from feeling stuck to actually doing the things they’ve wanted to do.

If you’re ready for honesty, momentum, and meaningful transformation, I’m ready for you!

Let's chat

I’m proud to have unstuck myself time after time, I’ve rebuilt and reshaped my life, body and mindset. Dealt with unspeakable grief, relationship breakdowns, losing friends and jobs, as well as so many of the high moments in life, falling in love, travelling the world, having wonderful friends.

All of these experiences have shaped me into the person and coach I am today.

It’s not about knowing everything my clients have been through, it’s about having empathy for the mayhem that is life, and a tool kit to help them not just survive, but thrive, with less faffing and more living.

Now you know how I work, how about a little more about what makes me, me…

A dad I didn’t get nearly enough time with, and a mum I’m blessed to get to spend heaps of time with going to concerts, drinking wine & generally enjoying each others company.

Art galleries, open-top bus tours, new cities, old towns, late night cocktails & early mornings coffees

Home life looks a lot like cosy nights in watching something crimey, beach walks with the dog & holidays in the sunshine .

Working out is a much needed outlet for me, as well as it transforming my body, it’s done the same for my mind.

I walk, lift weights, swim & up next is learning Padel!
